Job Description

  • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for sales enablement within the organization focusing on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The primary responsibility of the BDR would be to identify and qualify potential customers or clients who have a need for the products or services offered by the company.

Skills:

    • Any Graduate, MBA preferred
    • 2-4 years of Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Inside Sales experience calling into the International market, ideally in a tech/software company and a fast-paced environment
    • A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, communicate the value proposition of the company's digital marketing services, and build rapport
    • Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: CRM Tool, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, LeadIQ, etc.
    • Proficiency in sales techniques such as cold calling, email prospecting, social selling, and conducting effective sales presentations tailored to the digital marketing industry
    • Ability to learn, leverage and help evolve the demand generation process
    • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, online advertising, and lead generation process. Familiarity with popular digital marketing platforms and tools is also valuable
    • He/She should have a solid understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the ability to quickly grasp industry-specific terminology and concepts.

Responsibilities:

    • Qualify leads by assessing their needs based on specific criteria such as Budget, Need, and Timeline
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the company’s service lines and value proposition
    • Liaising with individuals identified as potential leads and working out schedules/appointments for VP and Director to follow up
    • Initiate contact with prospects through various means such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and personalized messaging to generate interest and schedule meetings
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies, leveraging tools, databases, and online resources
    • Conduct preliminary qualification of leads to assess their fit, budget, timelines, and specific needs to determine if they are a good fit for the company's services.
