Job Description

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about content writing and possess basic knowledge of B2B Content writing style. The Associate Content Writer will create content like featured news and website articles for various pubsites.
By collaborating with our marketing and SEO teams to drive content strategy and distribution, this role gives you the chance to work with an editorial team of industry writers to cover a wide range of topics and content formats across our industry network. It also gives you access to global exposure through bylines for content you produce across our publications.

Skills:

    • 0-1 year of experience as a B2B content writer and knowledge of B2B publication
    • Content samples (if any) that demonstrate writing skills with a portfolio of published articles (preferably in B2B)
    • Basic knowledge of B2B client projects
    • Basic knowledge of B2B news curations.
    • Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
    • Knowledge of US English writing style
    • Pursuing/completed a Diploma or a degree in Mass Communications/Journalism/English Literature/Arts.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and shifting priorities.
    • Strong, clear, and concise communication skills; impeccable grammar and punctuation.
    • Ability to meet daily content creation deadlines
    • Ability to learn new concepts with enthusiasm
    • Take feedback from seniors positively and work on it effectively.
    • Have basic knowledge of diverse B2B industries to produce engaging content.
    • Preferred – Knowledge of working with Marketmuse.

Responsibilities:

    • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
    • Write plagiarism-free B2B content, including technical B2B articles, whitepapers, email copies, and more on multiple B2B industry-based topics.
    • Follow a well-thought-out editorial calendar and find new arenas to repurpose existing content and re-distribute to boost content discoverability in creative ways.
    • Writing clear marketing copy to promote industry publications.
    • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate the content.
    • Deliver client-based content projects in a B2B style of writing.
    • Meet daily deadlines and deliver daily content requirements.

Qualification

    • Pursuing a diploma or degree in Mass Communications/Journalism/English Literature/Arts
